Care Instructions

· Don't use harsh chemicals or household cleaners as they may damage the upholstery

· Keep your furniture away from heat sources to prevent damage

· Avoid placing in direct sunlight to avoid fading of the upholstery colors

· Keep your leather fresh and moisturized using leather conditioners and/or wipes, every few months

· Leather and fabrics, like any other natural material, can fade when exposed to direct sunlight over a long period of time. To minimize fading, avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight.

· Avoid cleaners which use harmful chemical products. Many of these are harsh and are not safe for use on upholstery.

· Leather is a natural product and any stress will result in tears. Additionally, when stretched, the upholstery might not completely return to its original shape. Therefore, when leather is used more intensively, it may become looser over time.

· Leather and fabrics are not resistant to animals. Allowing pets on your upholstered furniture is not recommended. Their claws may scratch the covers, which can lead to an expensive repair. Their saliva is acidic and may also harm the upholstered finish.

Color fastness

Color fastness is the basic requirement of consumers for product performance and directly reflects product quality. Dye shedding not only affects the appearance of the garment, the dye is more likely to be absorbed by the body through the skin. Four color fastness indicators are selected in the eco-textile standard. These four color fastnesses are water stains, sweat stains (acid/alkaline), abrasion resistance (dry/wet) and saliva (especially for infants and young children). The color fastness of saliva and perspiration on baby clothes is particularly important because infants and young children can absorb dye through saliva and perspiration.
